Miss Hamilton’s Teen Katherine Grigsby
Madeline is honored to represent the community of Hamilton this year. She has enjoyed sharing P.U.L.S.E. (Prevention, Understanding, and Life-Saving Education for Fighting Sudden Cardiac Arrest) with people of all ages, teaching CPR, and emphasizing the importance of AEDs.
Madeline Pitre is a sophomore at Auburn University, pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Law and Justice with a minor in Public Relations. She plans to complete her undergraduate degree in three years and then gain acceptance to The University of Alabama School of Law. Upon graduation and completion of the Bar Exam, Madeline will pursue a career in entertainment law.
Madeline has been dancing ballet since the age of 2 and trained classically at Mobile Ballet, where she served several years as a lead soloist, as well as a competition dancer. Madeline placed in international events such as YAGP (Youth American Grand Prix) and UBC (Universal Ballet Competition).

Miss Hamilton’s Teen Katherine Grigsby
Katherine is a pianist, former gymnast, and state champion wrestler from Trussville who graduated high school early and began her freshman year at the University of Alabama In January 2025.
Highly involved on campus, Katherine is an Alpha Delta Pi and a member of several clubs, such as Discovery Buddies and UA Circle K, where she is the board service chair. Katherine is majoring in kinesiology with a concentration in exercise science and minoring in athletic training. Ultimately, she plans to attend UAB and earn a Doctorate of Physical Therapy.
She is a founding member of the Birmingham South Chapter of Sleep in Heavenly Peace, a national organization that provides beds for needy children. Katherine can often be found, hammer or saw in hand, building beds for children.
